The Club fosters an inclusive running group where runners of all abilities welcome. Our main goals: to represent Movin’ Shoes in a positive manner through volunteerism, sportsmanship, friendliness, encouragement, and teamwork, to assist the local running community in their personal fitness goals, and, or course, to have fun.
Free running groups on Sunday (with post-run socializing), slower-pace Mondays, tad-faster Tuesdays, women-only Thursdays, and shakeout-run Fridays. These running groups have a Facebook page where leaders post routes for the week. We encourage you to join these Facebook groups to keep up-to-date. Also, weekly coached (by Tom Kaufman) speed workouts available.
