Help young skiers race the Korte

The Wisconsin Nordic Network (WINN) is seeking donations to help send youth skiers to their first Kortelopet ski race starting at Telemark Resort in Cable on February 26, 2011. If you would like to sponsor a deserving young skier this year, your tax-exempt donation of $60 will give a skier a chance to compete over the weekend of the American Birkebeiner, a world-class event.

Contributions made by December 31 will be acknowledged in a WINN flier put in every Birkie bag. Checks should be made out to WINN and sent to Anne Riendl, 2907 Farmview Court, Waukesha, WI 53188. For more information about the program, call Phil Johnsrud at 715/572-9884.
