The Sync feature allows you to combine events from multiple Skedules into one organized, master Skedule. This makes it easier for members to find everything in one place.
1) Schools & Sports Programs
A school may have multiple sports teams — each with its own Skedule. For example, Kennedy Middle School could have 10 team Skedules.
With Sync, they can combine five girls’ sports into “Kennedy Girls Sports” or combine all 10 sports into “Kennedy Sport Teams.”
This allows families, students, and staff to see everything in one place.
2) Business Districts & Community Areas
A neighborhood entertainment district may include: restaurants, bars, comedy clubs, theaters, and live music venues
Each venue may have its own Skedule.
Using Sync, the area can create a Skedule that combines all venues. This makes it easy for visitors to quickly see what’s happening in the area.
3) Large Events & Athletic Competitions
Athletes often need to track: registration deadlines, bib pickup times, fee deadlines and race schedules.
At large events, each category or division may have its own Skedule.
Organizers can Sync these into one master Skedule so participants see everything in one place.
Additional features:
Sync allows Skedulers to import an entire Skedule or a single event.
You must be signed in to your Skedulers account to begin.
If you only have one Skedule in your account, that will be the default option.
To manage your Synced content:
From this page you can unsync an entire Skedule or remove a single event
